With the lead up to Christmas, I was thrilled to have my 12A Youngs Road auction brought forward and sold under the hammer today.

Congratulations to my lovely buyers for their first move in 42 years and to my sellers who have many happy memories at this family home.

An early Christmas celebration today for everyone, well done!
