Feedback is always so lovely to receive; thank you Karen :-) And I'm really happy to know that you are loving your new home!
Fiona x "I just wanted to get in touch with you to say a huge "thank you" for helping us through the process of buying our new home. I'm so pleased that your seller took your advice and waited to receive our offer when in the multi offer situation. You were lovely to deal with, our dealings with you were straightforward, and you were there to answer our questions or point us in the right direction. We're absolutely loving the property. It's working for us really well, and we immediately felt at home there. When the kids arrived they unpacked some of their belongings then settled down for a game of Monopoly on the lounge floor. They obviously felt right at home." Karen - August 2017

Labour Market Strong This week we take a look at yesterday’s labour market data noting that although the Kiwi dollar fell after the numbers on reduced expectations of monetary policy tightening, fundamentally the data show a strong jobs market. We also look at house building, business confidence, and real estate activity in Auckland before noting a recent Treasury paper on superannuation and discussing yet again the way firm economic and jobs growth do not much drive higher inflation and interest rates these days. You will find the Weekly Overview at this link. http://tonyalexander.co.nz/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/WO-August-3-2017.pdf ![]() Hot off the press ... click here ... is this great coup for Ray White as a whole; and my congratulations go to the four agents that have been confirmed to market and sell The Block homes on completion.
